Sourdough

18-Hour White/Wheat - Batard (450g) *This is the classic daily bread. Mildly sour with a thick crust and firm chew.

Recommended with: anything*

24-Hour White/Rye Focaccia - Slice (180g) *Complex rye notes coaxed from a longer ferment, this is a versatile savory bread. Crackly crust and firm spongy chew.

Recommended with: mushroom paste, pesto, grilled vege, cold cuts, arugula, mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic confit, thick soups or stews*

18-Hour White/Ragi - Batard (450g) *Ragi is a variety of finger millet native to East Africa. Through trade, it is now also commonly cultivated in parts of India, which is the origin of the ragi flour used in this loaf. Due to the reduced gluten content (ragi is gluten-free) this bread is a tad lighter in texture and sour notes.

Recommended with: nut spread, fruit jam, egg salad, as french toast*

18-Hour Rye Caraway - Batard (450g) *Also known as Shelly’s John, this was inspired by a friend who developed a loaf for her husband who loves caraway. The flavor harkens to old world everyman’s bread: crusty, lightly malty, minty/tingly.

Recommended with: pungent cheeses, cheese spreads, jams, cold cuts*

Sourdough+

18-Hour White/Whole Wheat Oatmeal - Batard (450g) *Cousin to the Chocolate breakfast loaf, this blend is easier to adapt to a wider range of toppings. Earthy oats with a thin crust and airy chew.

Recommended with: fruit jam, cream cheese, butter, nut spread, cold cuts, sliced cheese*

18-Hour Chocolate Oatmeal - Batard (450g) *Developed as a breakfast loaf, it incorporates cocoa powder and cooked oats for a tender, light crumb. Nutty dark chocolatey with a thin crust and airy chew.

Recommended with: fruit jam, custard jam, creme fraiche, yogurt, cream cheese, butter, nut spread*

18-Hour Cheddar Jalapeño - Batard (400g) *This is the classic daily bread with cheddar and pickled jalapeños. Mildly sour with a thick crust and firm chew with pockets of cheesy jalapeño-y goodness.

Recommended with: fruit jam, cheese, sliced meats, mustard, chowder*

18-Hour Olive - Batard (400g) *This is the classic daily bread with red pepper-stuffed olives. Mildly sour with a thick crust and firm chew, the rich umami and saltiness of the olives creates a more fragrant loaf.

Recommended with: sliced cheese, chorizo*

Sourdough Snacks

Garlic + Thyme + Seaweed Crackers (50g) *Made from a blend of discard (deeply fermented sourdough starter) and whole wheat with dried herbs, seaweed, and spices. Can be stored for 1-2 weeks, if you have self restraint.

Recommended with: hummus, muhammara, cheese dip, salad, honey*

Sourdough Pastries

Ginger Turmeric Sesame Cinnamon Roll (1pc) Sourdough *adaptation of Sophia Roe’s recipe, this is a cinnamon roll with strong aromatics rendered into a delicate, light kiss of a dessert.

Recommended with: floral tea blend, light roast coffee, red tea*

Not Sourdough

🫙 Almond Cookies (6pc) *A classic Lunar New Year gift in Malaysia, this cookie is a blend of wheat and almond flour, brushed with egg, and crowned with almond. It turns from crumbly to creamy seconds after chewing with a salty sweet nuttiness.
